April 2016 Jeff Brumfield was referred to us by our Pastor in 2009 and sold us our first home. When I saw our home, I immediately called him on Sunday morning and Jeff quickly booked an appointment to view the home on Monday. Our home in Lakeside was foreclosured for almost two years, Jeff and his son Matt made the difficult process with the bank effortless. After working with Jeff to find our dream home back in Oct of last year, it was a no brainer for my husband and I to request his services once again to sell our 2 bedroom 2 bath condo in the Rancho Penasquitos area. Jeff was able to view the condo the very next day after discussing our desires over the phone the night prior. He was able to view and list the property in less than 24 hours. Only two days into the condo going on the market, we received a three offers. Yes, Jeff is that good.
