A little about me...

With over 30 years of expertise in the real estate industry, Jeff Brumfield is not just a seasoned real estate broker and business owner, but a passionate professional with a diverse background.

He began his journey as a mortgage lender, then ventured into opening a nationally recognized real estate firm, an escrow company, a real estate development firm, and currently a full-service design and build construction company.

With his specialty in residential real estate and vacant land purchases, he is ranked among the top 500 agents in San Diego County, winning numerous awards for his real estate production over the years.

Whether his clients are buying or selling, he takes pride in keeping his clients well-informed as communication is the cornerstone of his service. By listening to his clients' unique goals, he negotiates masterfully on their behalf while guiding them with care through every step of the journey.

He and his wife have raised three sons in San Diego and now enjoy spending their free time with them and their grandchildren. Together, they find fulfillment giving back to their local community by volunteering their time and resources to local charities, Youth Venture Teen Centers, and their church, North Coast Church. He also enjoys golfing, woodworking, and sailing.

Every day Jeff is guided by his motto of "putting clients' needs first," and dedicates himself to their success and total satisfaction.
