We met Jeff through his wife at the church. We reached out to him when we began looking to get into a larger home for our growing family. We met just before we took a week-long vacation. We are a family of 6 (soon to be 7) and getting out of the house for him to show the property was a slightly intimidating. Needless to say that while we were on vacation Jeff was able to get the house shown and sold. We didn’t need to worry about showing the house! Jeff Brumfield was referred to us by our Pastor in 2009 and sold us our first home. When I saw our home, I immediately called him on Sunday morning and Jeff quickly booked an appointment to view the home on Monday. Jeff originally sold us our condo in Ramona in 2014 and did an excellent job helping us as first time home buyers. So when the time came to sell our home this year we knew Jeff was going to be our first call. Jeff answered us immediately and when we explained the situation of needing to sell quickly, he said not to worry we would get it sold. Our home was listed the same week we made the call. One week later our home was under-contract. Jeff worked tirelessly to hold this deal together, unfortunately due to buyer circumstances it did not workout. However, the very next day we had it back on the market and Jeff held a public open house, the VERY next day! Jeff was able to secure another buyer for our home during that open house. Jeff negotiated on our behalf to get us the best outcome possible for our situation, for that we are very thankful.
