Jeff responded to an inquiry we had about a house in Ramona. We were new to the area, so we described the environment, type of home and schools we were looking for and Jeff narrowed the list down to about 5 houses that fit. April 2016 Jeff Brumfield was referred to us by our Pastor in 2009 and sold us our first home. When I saw our home, I immediately called him on Sunday morning and Jeff quickly booked an appointment to view the home on Monday. Our home in Lakeside was foreclosured for almost two years, Jeff and his son Matt made the difficult process with the bank effortless. Aside from that, there were 2 other families viewing the home at the same time, Jeff quickly placed our offer and we won. Almost 7 years late, April 2016, Jeff sold us our 2nd home in Ramona. During the searching process, Jeff made himself available anytime. I loved how quickly he responded to our phone calls, same day home viewing requests, answered all our many questions and kept us encouraged to find our next house. After several months searching, again Jeff has sold us our dream home at the San Diego Country Estates in Ramona. The purchasing process was easy, stress free and enjoyable because he keep things on track and on schedule. We have closed our 3rd deal with him and sold our first home. My husband and I never sold a home before. We didn’t know how to approach it and wanted to sell quickly because we already purchased our new home. Jeff, walked us through the whole process end to end. He assisted us with staging our home with our own furniture, even let us borrow his personal dining table to showcase a room. Provided tips on how to prepare our home for a successful open house or showing. Jeff educated and prepared us for different scenarios with interested buyers. No expense is too much for his clients, our open house offered Jersey Mike’s sandwiches, cookies and drinks. Also, he created custom flyers of our home and printed them on card stock. Our listing description brought buyer and our home was perfectly priced. My husband and I closed with a full price offer and happily received more than we expected. We have grown so close to Jeff and are pleased to call him a friend.

Jeff is AMAZING! We inquired about a property on a whim at 9:45 p.m. on a weeknight thinking we’d have a reply first thing in the morning. He called within minutes! He worked like a madman to show us houses with great potential in our price range and we ended up buying a beautiful home that I wouldn’t have even considered based on the listing photos! And the best part? He had buyers lined up for our condo before we even put in an offer! Jeff is kind-hearted, but also no-nonsense. He got us a smoking deal on our forever home! He was incredibly supportive throughout the entire process and took the time to talk us through things we weren’t familiar with, never once losing his patience with all of my questions! My wife and I worked with Jeff Brumfield and his real estate associate Chris Trementozzi to find our dream forever house. In the beginning we were working with them to have a custom home built on a lot Jeff had purchased in the Ramona area, but after the Covid 19 crisis caused complications in securing financing for the construction of the custom house, Jeff and Chris responded quickly when my wife stumbled upon a listing of an existing house that almost a mirrored the design of the custom house we had been designing with Jeff. The house had hit the market only a couple days prior but they were able to coordinate a viewing of the house last minute on a Sunday with the proper protocol in place to observe the new Covid 19 process of seeing a home in person. After our walk though, we immediately fell in love with the house and Jeff and Chris were able to help position us to land this dream forever home, while up against 10 other offers because of their experience, Jeff’s reputation, and (as luck would have it) long-standing relationship with the seller’s agent. This all culminated in Jeff being able to ensure we provided the highest non-contingent offer and not get into a bidding war. We relied on Jeff and Chris for their guidance through the home purchase process which allowed us to close on time with a great 3.125% 30 yr fixed rate via a quality lender Jeff’s son worked for. Jeff and Chris were always very responsive and thorough in explaining the process to my wife and I as we had a lot of question with this being our first time purchasing a home not from a family member. I would highly recommend Jeff and Chris to anyone looking to buy or sell a home, but most definitely if that home purchase and/or sale are in the Ramona, CA area as their knowledge of the area, the real estate market, and their many relationships with other real estate agents will be the edge you need in landing the house of your dreams in a very competitive home purchase environment consisting of low inventory and high buyer interest, not to mention helping to ensure you are best positioned to receive the best/highest offer when it comes time to sell your house.
