After working with Jeff to find our dream home back in Oct of last year, it was a no brainer for my husband and I to request his services once again to sell our 2 bedroom 2 bath condo in the Rancho Penasquitos area. Jeff was able to view the condo the very next day after discussing our desires over the phone the night prior. He was able to view and list the property in less than 24 hours. Only two days into the condo going on the market, we received a three offers. Yes, Jeff is that good. His ability to advertise and provide maximum exposure for all to see truly does seperate him from the rest of the pack. He want nothing more than to represent you and your interest as if it was his own. He is a true family friend for life.

Jeff originally sold us our condo in Ramona in 2014 and did an excellent job helping us as first time home buyers. So when the time came to sell our home this year we knew Jeff was going to be our first call. Jeff answered us immediately and when we explained the situation of needing to sell quickly, he said not to worry we would get it sold. Our home was listed the same week we made the call. One week later our home was under-contract. Jeff worked tirelessly to hold this deal together, unfortunately due to buyer circumstances it did not workout. However, the very next day we had it back on the market and Jeff held a public open house, the VERY next day! Jeff was able to secure another buyer for our home during that open house. Jeff negotiated on our behalf to get us the best outcome possible for our situation, for that we are very thankful. We closed on our home just over a month later with the help of Jeff guiding us through inspections, appraisals and repairs. Jeff also went above and beyond his duties taking care of things we could not, as we live out of state. We could not be happier with the service Jeff provided as well as his understanding with us when things got stressful. Jeff and his team provide a well-rounded real estate sales experience, including extensive marketing and construction assistance (when needed) for the benefit of both sellers and buyers. Jeff and his team are top notch. My wife and I have sold/bought 8+ properties and find there are many real estate agents that are friends, family, etc. They may be great people but often they’re inexperienced, don’t know the local community, and quite frankly are not professional – avoid these people…run. You cannot go wrong with Jeff and his professional team.
